2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Realiti.io account. You agree to provide your accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

3. Subscription & Pricing

Realiti Pro Plans:

• Entry – INR 1,999/month
• Elite – INR 6,999/month
• Empire – INR 14,999/month

Each plan includes a defined set of features as detailed on our pricing page. Features are subject to updates and promotional offers.

4. Purchase & Payment

• All prices are in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required in full upfront for monthly or annual subscription and is processed securely through our authorized payment partners
• No partial refunds are provided for downgrades, mid-cycle cancellations, or unused services.
• Your subscription is on an auto-renewal plan and Realiti.io will automatically detect payment at the beginning of each billing cycle.

For Realiti Enterprises, Realiti Plus Marketing, & Realiti Plus Advertising, custom contracts and pricing apply.

5. 10-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our offering, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel the subscription within 10 days of your first purchase on Realiti Pro (Entire, Elite, & Empire Plans Only)
Note: Custom-solutions or one-time services (Realiti Enterprises, Realiti Marketing, & Realiti Advertising) are not covered under this refund policy.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations require 1-week prior notice to avoid billing for the next cycle. Please email [email protected]or contact our support team for cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, design, and content on Realiti.io are the property of Realiti.io Private Limited. You may not reuse or replicate any part of the service without written permission.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, property listings, and project data uploaded on your Realiti.io website.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent activities
• Resell or white-label the platform without permission
• Upload malicious code or misuse third-party integrations

10. Limitations of Liability

Realiti.io is provided on an “as-is” basis. We’re not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months.

11. Consent to Communication

By providing your contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address, you express consent to be contacted by Realiti.io and its representatives, via phone call, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages for transactional, informational, and promotional purposes. This consent supersedes any DND preferences you may have set.

12. Changes of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any such changes will be notified via email or within the platform.
